We are delighted to welcome Jasmine Wood to our hygiene team. We hand picked Jasmine because her approach to patients in terms of care and priorities for the maintenance of dental health reflects our own.

Drayton Dental Care’s comprehensive and robust service works with and supports our dentists in keeping our patients as dentally fit as possible. Staying at the peak of dental fitness reduces costs for patients, improves their dental wellbeing and consequently, their overall health.

Jasmine qualified from the University of Essex with distinction and now has more than seven years of experience working within dentistry after qualifying as a dental nurse in 2017. She left this position in 2019 to pursue becoming a dental hygienist.

During her time at university she was selected as the British Science of Periodontology student representative and also shortlisted as Student Dental Hygienist of the year at the Future of Dentistry Awards in 2020.

Jasmine is extremely passionate about promoting oral health, providing both preventative care and periodontal treatment, as well as delivering tailored oral hygiene advice to all of her patients with a holistic approach. She prides herself in helping nervous patients feel at ease, making their experience with a dental hygienist a positive one.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, partner and family.
