A missing tooth isn’t only about appearance — the teeth either side gradually drift, and the bone beneath the gap slowly shrinks. The longer it’s left, the more there is to put right.
An implant replaces the root as well as the tooth, which is why it’s the closest thing to having the tooth back.
An Open Day appointment is a conversation, not a commitment. You’ll meet Dr G. Sharma, talk through what’s bothering you and have a 3D CBCT scan taken so we can see the bone beneath the gum — that scan is what tells us whether implants are straightforward for you or whether something else would suit you better.
By the end you’ll have a written plan covering your options, how long treatment would take and exactly what it would cost, including finance if you’d like to spread the payments. Plenty of people come to an Open Day, take the plan away and think about it. That’s completely fine.
